  • Care can typically be arranged within 48 hours
  • We accept Direct Payments and private payment
  • We're fully insured with public liability, employer's and professional indemnity cover
  • We provide regular updates to referring professionals where consent is in place

Making a Referral

The simplest way to refer is by WhatsApp or email. Include:

  • Client's first name (or initials) and general area
  • The type of support needed
  • Urgency / desired start date
  • Any relevant health or safety considerations we should know
  • Whether the client or family has consented to the referral

We'll respond promptly and confirm availability. If we're not able to help, we'll say so quickly so you can explore alternatives.
