We receive referrals from a wide range of people who care about the wellbeing of the person who needs support:
WhatsApp or email is fastest. Let us know you have a referral and give us a brief summary — name, location and the broad nature of care needs. You do not need a full care assessment completed first.
We will contact the family or the person directly (with their consent) within 24 hours. We handle the conversation with sensitivity and without pressure.
We carry out our own care assessment — in person where possible. We produce a written care plan agreed with the person, their family and any relevant professionals.
For urgent cases, care can begin within 24 to 48 hours of agreement. We match carers carefully — considering personality, communication style and clinical experience.
No referral fee — we do not pay financial incentives for referrals. This keeps our relationships with professionals clean and ethical. What we offer instead is a service that genuinely looks after the people you refer — so you feel confident making the next referral too.
