Step by Step — Getting Started

    Get in Touch

    The fastest way is WhatsApp — most messages get a response within the hour. You can also email us at [email protected] or use the contact form. You don't need to know exactly what you need at this stage — just tell us what the situation is.

    You can contact us yourself, or on behalf of a family member or someone you care for.

    Free Consultation

    We'll have a conversation — by phone, WhatsApp or in person — to understand the person's needs, their daily routine, and what support would make the most difference. We ask questions and listen carefully.

    This is free, takes around 20–30 minutes, and is completely without obligation. There's no pressure to proceed.

    Personalised Care Plan

    Based on our conversation, we put together a care plan — describing the visits, what will happen during each visit, the schedule and the duration. We share this with you before anything begins, and you can adjust it freely.

    We match the person with a carer who suits their personality and needs. Continuity matters — you'll see the same faces.

  4. 4

    Care Begins

    Once the plan is agreed, care can begin quickly — often within 48 hours. Your first visit will be an opportunity for you and your carer to get to know each other, confirm the routine, and raise any questions.

    We check in regularly to make sure everything is going well, and we're always reachable if something needs to change.

    Ongoing Support

    Care needs change. Ours adapts with you. Whether you need more visits, fewer visits, a different schedule, or a different service — just tell us. There are no penalties for changing your care package.

    We review care plans regularly and proactively, and you can always reach us directly on WhatsApp.
