Care can be set up within 24 to 48 hours for urgent cases. We understand that discharge deadlines and clinical transitions cannot wait weeks for a care provider to respond.

NHS CHC Clients Accepted

We understand NHS Continuing Healthcare documentation and process requirements. We work with ICB teams and can provide the records and reporting required for CHC-funded packages.

Direct Payment Clients Accepted

We provide invoicing and records in the format required for Direct Payment clients. We explain the process to families who are unfamiliar with managing their own budget.

Transparent Communication

Written care plans, regular updates (with client/family consent), willingness to attend MDT meetings, and clear documentation of any incidents or concerns.
